The customer service at this location was absolutely horrendous. He charged my card $100.00 without asking for my permission, and without telling me the amount first. He then proceeded to yell and argue with me when I inquired about the charge! He was very rude and never once apologized. He also had no idea what he was doing and was extremely slow. I pointed out the ranches Drive and one of the chains and come loose because the nut has come off the bolt that was holding it and he took note and was very nice about it. And made notations in the contractJAMES W.
Different location from original. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my original pickup location corrected. They told me there was nothing they could do despite me having to spend more money on gas to get to the new location (which was 15 miles further out of town). Lots of confusion throughout the process on the part of every employee I came into contact with.Timothy L.

They were not even open and I had to park the truck up to the fence and leave keys in mail box. No drop box for keys. I just got a call from uhaul asking where I dropped it off at as if they did not even process the truck when they re opened on Mondaydavid K.

This location was not stocked with the merchandise that I reserved online. He had no pads and no appliance dolly. He told me that I could go up the road to the next U-haul place and get those things. I went to the next location and they had pads but still no appliance dolly. I had to make 2 trips and pick up the dolly from the dropoff location to be able to go back and get my appliances. Very disappointed with this location and will never recommend or use them again.Adam W.
