The u-haul app would not work. Spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get everything done so I could get the truck. Took too long and was not a great experience.

everyone I've met during the time I was a renter has been wonderful, helpful and really nice. I would recommend this storage unit to everyone because of the team of people that work there and the units themselves are top notch

Stop rent out storage units that are closed with no open units. You took a $20 deposit on a unit that wasn't available, leaving me with no where to put my stuff. The trailer was great.

Overall, I was very satisfied. But, you should get a refueling capability on premises. My tank was “nearly full” when I picked it up. I returned it TRULY full and probably paid for an extra 2 gallons of gas that I did not use. At today’s prices for gas, paying extra because the last customer returned it nearly full leaves a bad taste. Other than that, the vehicle was great, easy to drive and maneuver, comfortable and safe at highway speeds. The customer service rep who greeted me in the morning was also great; helpful, informative and friendly. At my return in the afternoon, a different customer service rep on duty was not as good. I pulled near the office because the entrance to the truck parking lot was barricaded with cones. I went in to settle up and return keys, and she looked frustrated at me for returning the truck near the office. Then she spotted the cones, recognized my dilemma, and told ME to move the cones and park my truck. I think i shouldn’t have to manage your parking lot…

Staff was always friendly and very helpful. The storage units are reasonably priced, clean, and well lit at night. I forgot to lock my unit one evening so while the security officer was checking all the units and found mine unlocked, he put one of their locks on it to keep it secured until I got there the next day. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.

Nothing. You guys are doing great! The woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable especially about the stamps and had a sense of humor not to mention beautiful. Honestly I think everyone else should be fired and then you should give her a raise....

Its a good system and the right people are in charge of it. The trucks were clean even seen them cleaning it. The oil is regulated and maintained keep mentioning the extra gallon of fuel. Even had trailers. Very satisfied with lil sammy. Need another rental even today!

Trailer running lights did not work. Interior was dirty with papers and nail polish containers. Did anyone check the last return? Location is very out of the way from the population center.

We put fuel in the U-Haul and still got charged $70 for a "fuel charge".

As storage goes this is the best. Storage is part of the American consumer nightmare. Why do we spend so much to put belongings away and out of use? Storage is a scam we perpetrate on ourselves. There are important needs for storage, but not on the scale we see in America. If one has a real need, Allegan will provide the best options and service.

The unit my car was in was brand new, so it was obviously perfect. The whole area, even where the older units are, is well lit, well maintained, and feels very secure. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with questions too. Great place!

The woman in the office was super friendly and helpful. She had scraped the windows and warmed up the truck before I arrived. I was in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes. Best U haul experience ever.

There were old sheets and blankets in the trailer from a prior use. It seemed like the brakes on the trailer were dragging as it was difficult to pull and averaged only about 12 miles to gallon pulling it whereas I've averaged 20 or more pulling the same size trailer with the same vehicle in the past.

I rented a motorcycle trailer on line and none were available at the location. I was offered a 5 x 9 trailer at the motorcycle trailer rate. I was charged the higher rate.

The latch on the back of the trailer was almost unusable. I had to use so very much pressure to get it closed. The pick up went great. The drop off was odd: I rent trailers very often and this was honestly my least favorite experience thus far.

Long time returning customer and im not pointing fingers or placing blame because bn pf the circumstance if events in my life i was on final warning from the manager because i accidentally got locked into the unit before that my fuance was getting us breakfast while i was organizing stuff in the unit and the final time i was woke up by an officer given final warning in which case was truly not intended i had passed out and been woken several times trying to get my fiance a ride to her parents so I could organize our stuff in the unit which never happened the last time i left my job two days before the incident and wanted to clean out or organize our stuff because im still homeless and was not living in unit or trying to use much if any electricity and also keep the unit clean and in good condition i heard the cart guy go around several times and instead of talk to me to understand that mornings dituation i heard 98 and opened the door to what i knew would be another cop because i made it obvious what I was doing he just couldnt talk to me and i know the law but still i moved my stuff to another facility out of allegan which is for the best i suppose. Still they said there would.be a lock on the door in twenty four hours so i moved most my stuff not really positive and left a kess i wouldnt mind cleaning up for staff but either way 269 251 6340 is my personal number i reviewed this company highly in the past but people never seem to understand things happen people arent living in storage units there inbetween places and making sure one thing is one or another oh well.
