Brenda LeichtI checked the uhaul in online, a notification should have gone to the Uhaul rep. I waited forever for someone to let me into the gate. I finally had to park the Uhaul in front of the gate and go in. She said she had no idea who I was. She finally realized I had checked in online. I was an hour late getting on the road to Houston and had to pick up my grandchild from his school. It was very stressful and not service oriented.

Eveleda DeRanieriI was charged for 3 gallons of gas even though I only put 7 miles on the truck. I had to wait on hold for over 1-1/2 hours to talk to someone about this. Your customer support is the WORST I have ever dealt with.
RICHARD LEBOCandance did a wonderful job by taking care of everything. Went above and beyond her job description. On the other Daisy’s did answer phone and was on her lunch break when I went back to get receipt sitting in her . I drive by lease then 5 minutes and I saw a customer standing outside because the doors were lock and here comes Daisy driving back up. U might to see that this person is stilling company time. I turned vehicle in at 12:30 and it was 2 something and Daisy had not check in yet. I do not understand why it took her so long to check vechicle back in. Daisy was busy on cell in stead of f doing personal business she could her job

Kim GrangerYou need to make sure you have employees that cover when someone can not make in. Also when someone requests certain equipment that they are informed that the equipment is in stock.
John RoachGo help the customer hook up the equipment. Let the customer know in advance when reserving online that there is an additional charge for returning on Sunday. No one came out to meet me when I returned the trailer so how does that justify an additional fee. I went into the yard and unhooked all by myself without any help.

Thomas AveryI had to wait outside. My reservation was at 9 and I had to wait until after 9:30. I was also charged for insurance that I specified I didn’t want. A $20 truck and a $10 dolly cost me close to $70. I will not be renting another uhaul.
DOMONIQUE ENRIQUEZI’ve rented from uhaul for many years. I feel I was over charged. I told the lady I didn’t need it for 3 days and she said I would get a refund if I returned the trailer early. I did return it early and no refund was issued. I’ll probably look for an alternative rental on my next trip.

Irving RomeroThe office opens at 9 am. I have a reservation to pick up the truck at 9 am. When I get there, there's a sign on the door saying "Gone to the bank." I have to stand in the parking lot, in the heat, and wait for 35 minutes for the employee to return. He gave me incorrect information about the return time. The interior of the cab was filthy. Old food under the seats. Despite requesting neither a handcart or blankets, they were both in the back of the truck. I didn't request them, didn't need them, and didn't use them, but they were in my way. The blankets weren't folded, nor was the box swept out very well. I received a link to report the condition of the truck, but despite responding promptly, the link had already expired. When I call the customer service number about the drop off time, I'm on hold for 15+ minutes, listening to the same stupid messages over and over again.

Ashley GarciaI rented a trailer in Port Neches, TX for a one way trip to Groesbeck, TX. The inexperienced person who rented it to me put the drop off back in Port Neches. It was not a local rental per the price I paid. The trailer lights did not work. I have always used Uhauil in the past, but now I will not.

TANISHA HUMPHREYA little better communication. I stated drop off location but was not noted., some confusion when I did drop off. Overall great experience in an almost brand new 26 footer.
Michael FultsI did note that the oil usage was at 29% which indicates that it needs an oil change. I checked dipstick and it was full so I thought it should be good for the 800 miles. A small point but something that needs a company policy such as No vehicles should go below 40 percent or have oil changes at a certain mileage point.

Jose MartinezTrailer interior was filthy. Had not been cleaned. Trailer was scheduled to be picked up Tuesday at 5:30. Contact was made with location the morning of pickup. I was there 5:15 till 5:45. Business was closed and I received no call or contact. Terrible experience. I also requested drop off in Tallulah La and was told there were no UHaul dealers there. Again bad information as I found a uhaul dealer listed online. Called them myself and confirmed they would take drop off.
rick sydesMade reservation on Monday. Received email on Friday that I had to pick up trailer 23 miles from where I had it reserved. Arrived there to find they had no trailers. Had to drive another 20 miles to get one. If U-Haul was not a virtual monopoly, they would be out of business.
