The location is incredibly convenient whenever I need a truck. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the trucks are poorly maintained. Both the interior and exterior are quite filthy. Additionally, you’ll often notice warning lights on the dashboard for engine check, tire check, or battery issues all at once, indicating that maintenance is not up to date. Also, there’s a price adjustment when you book your reservation online and adding the “safe move” insurance , by the time you’re about to pick it up, their system will indicate different charges.

Darren BOwner is a jinky conman who failed at 3 card monte but now runs a uhaul rental using sleight of hand to make a profit.
CARY BI was charged more than double what I was originally quoted, after being sent to a different uhaul location. Then when I went to do my return online they wanted me to pay again.

GEORGE GThe agents were friendly, but the location needs major updates compared to the other locations. Also, there was minimal parking to leave my vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, the office was closed, and I left the keys with the Alpine Clothing store attendant, and he was pretty rude.

VANNARY TNo one was there when I got there for my 9:30am reservation. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes before someone showed up.
Jonathan CAllow the customer to finalize details BEFORE they have to start taking pictures in a bad neighborhood. When making a reservation, dont provide options that dont exist. Dont make me wait for approval on the day of, next to the truck, after driving 2 hours to get there.

The only downfall was they closed before returning the truck so we had to use the app and it kept disconnecting. After a long day if moving things thats the last thing i wanted to deal with.

Margaret MTrucks should have a full tank of gas when picking up so the customer doesn’t have to guess how much gas to put in it when they return it. Gas gauges should also be checked to make sure they’re working properly because it seems a little strange that one gallon of gas would give you 1/4 a tank, or that driving 8 miles would use up 1/8 a tank.

Silvia RYou need real customer service when you have mechanical problems with your vehicles . You need to care about how different you make someone’s life er you don’t keep your commitment. You should not force someone to rent a vehicle for three or four days when they don’t need it that long & when the turn it in days early refuse a refund! You also shouldn’t mislead people picking their drop off location. Only to find out you do not honor it and again they are struggling to find someone who can get them after they have dropped off the vehicle!

Celeste HThe two ladies that first helped me were kind and considerate. The next morning when I went in to make the rental final, the man I spoke to was incredibly rude. I couldn't believe it. He got very irate and was losing his temper, like he was trying to start a fight. I don't know what his problem was. He was shakey and said, are you trying to give me a bad time? I said no, I just want to make this final. He was angry and said he was just doing his job. I said I'm just a customer. That made him angry and said, what is that supposed to mean? I d remember ever being treated like this at any store, let alone, U Haul. I wish you could have seen how he behaved.
