The representative was great! Although she handled everything perfect with all customers there, the rental equipment was in the back of the building iwhich took her away from the desk and it would be safer for her to have a 2nd employee to hell her out.

Doron JTrucks should have a full tank of gas when picking up so the customer doesn’t have to guess how much gas to put in it when they return it. Gas gauges should also be checked to make sure they’re working properly because it seems a little strange that one gallon of gas would give you 1/4 a tank, or that driving 8 miles would use up 1/8 a tank.
Alexa HI didn't understand the gas situation cause when I got the truck it was basically enough gas to get to a gas station. It was explained to me after the fact and it makes a lot of sense, just let your customer's know ahead of time cause I was a little upset at first. Let them know the reason for getting a rental with little gas in it.

Deidra DYou need real customer service when you have mechanical problems with your vehicles . You need to care about how different you make someone’s life er you don’t keep your commitment. You should not force someone to rent a vehicle for three or four days when they don’t need it that long & when the turn it in days early refuse a refund! You also shouldn’t mislead people picking their drop off location. Only to find out you do not honor it and again they are struggling to find someone who can get them after they have dropped off the vehicle!

I paid extra labor just because they need to wait for me to get back from Stockton, and I paid extra mileage to Uhall just because I had to drive back to Manteca from Stockton

I was going to leave right when i heard that but he had the truck we needed. my family uses U Haul a lot and have never had a person greet us with are you gypsies because those people are assholes and he doesn’t like to rent to them smh.

Celeste HWe were not told we would have to unlock the gate and go to the back to pick up the truck. When we arrived at 6:00 am we found a UHaul in the parking lot so we naturally thought it was ours. Well, the truck did not match our reservation truck number. We waited for 20 minutes to reach customer service and figure out what was going on. The customer service guy was helpful and we finally got on our way at 7:00 am. More detailed instructions would be extremely helpful.
