Don't over book and make the customer have to change plans in order to get a truck. Needing to drive an additional 85 miles round trip to get the reserved size vehicle was time consuming and cut three hours into our time to get things packed. The staff at this location were courteous and helpful. I rate the personal as EXCELLENT!

I drove the truck 8 miles put gas back in it and was STILL CHARGED 3 GALLONS of gas. 8 Miles, 3 gallons?? SCAM!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

CHRISTINA ZHas nothing to do with this location but uhaul itself. Making customers use an app that lags and doesn’t work is insane. I had and the other customers there had nothing but issues with checking in on our phone and it took almost an hour to get this done. I don’t need to share my location with you guys to ensure I’m in the right spot that’s privacy. Something that used to take maybe 15 minutes has quadrupled the amount of time it takes to rent a stupid uhaul. Fix the online if you force your customers to do this.
