Has nothing to do with this location but uhaul itself. Making customers use an app that lags and doesn’t work is insane. I had and the other customers there had nothing but issues with checking in on our phone and it took almost an hour to get this done. I don’t need to share my location with you guys to ensure I’m in the right spot that’s privacy. Something that used to take maybe 15 minutes has quadrupled the amount of time it takes to rent a stupid uhaul. Fix the online if you force your customers to do this.
