Second time having to use this location in the last seven months. The employee is rude and they’re inconveniencing at every point. I rented a dolly with my rental and did self pick up. Went to load the truck and there was no dolly. When I called the lady said oh we didn’t have one when your truck was prepared when I asked why I was that not communicated. She said well uh oh. If someone order something with their order is probably safe to say they need it if it wasn’t available that should’ve been communicated and a solution would’ve been helpful but inconvenience in the customer. Customer service over the phone handled the situation but the girl at the location was busy blaming other people. My time and money being wasted not a concern. The extra gas and miles I was charged for their mistakes.

Laura CComputer system was extremely slow. Representative did her best with that issue, very apologetic & explained it prior to check in, not her fault.
Gerardo CDon't over book and make the customer have to change plans in order to get a truck. Needing to drive an additional 85 miles round trip to get the reserved size vehicle was time consuming and cut three hours into our time to get things packed. The staff at this location were courteous and helpful. I rate the personal as EXCELLENT!
