Computer system was extremely slow. Representative did her best with that issue, very apologetic & explained it prior to check in, not her fault.
Gerardo CDon't over book and make the customer have to change plans in order to get a truck. Needing to drive an additional 85 miles round trip to get the reserved size vehicle was time consuming and cut three hours into our time to get things packed. The staff at this location were courteous and helpful. I rate the personal as EXCELLENT!
Sue EI drove the truck 8 miles put gas back in it and was STILL CHARGED 3 GALLONS of gas. 8 Miles, 3 gallons?? SCAM!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
