I think U have a great product, I always do a last minute truck rental. U people never act upset. Easy drop off.

JOSE SManagement was totally rude. The site was filthy . The equipment straps snapped on me due to poor maintenance. Never had an opportunity to use the equipment because of the poor conditions of wear and tear . I filed a claim # 5270249 customer service management never called me back like he said he would.
VICTOR PI love to pick up my Uhaul trucks and trailers from this location (California St and Alpine) in Stockton. When my wife and I moved to Stockton eight years ago we found this dealer for UHaul , over the years when we needed a 26 ft truck we could call a few days in advance and bingo we would get a call back letting us know our truck would be waiting for us. So lucky to have this valued business nearby.
STEPHEN NThe agents were friendly, but the location needs major updates compared to the other locations. Also, there was minimal parking to leave my vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, the office was closed, and I left the keys with the Alpine Clothing store attendant, and he was pretty rude.

nathaniel s"No" to the location on 620 w charter way. She was not helpful and said it was my fault that l made a reservation for a vehicle they didn't have and they are not responsible for wrong information. She said regardless of a reservation she will not accommodate me because I had to pick up.the vehicle at a different location that was much further than l anticipated causing me time and more money because of the mileage charge. Tricia at the second location was more accommodating and said that she will help me and if l needed a second day, she would allow me to have at no charge since l had a bad experience at the first location and she would leave a note for her associates to allow that. When l returned the vehicle, l was told No that it was not allowed by a different Rep. This whole experience just leave a bad taste in mouth. I understand that each Uhaul locations are owned by different people but there should be some accommodations when the ball is dropped. Corporate Uhaul should accommodate these franchisees so that they can accommodate the customers

MICHAEL GNo one was there when I got there for my 9:30am reservation. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes before someone showed up.
Jonathan CAllow the customer to finalize details BEFORE they have to start taking pictures in a bad neighborhood. When making a reservation, dont provide options that dont exist. Dont make me wait for approval on the day of, next to the truck, after driving 2 hours to get there.

tom dI asked for a 26 ft and ordered it online and when i arrived they changed it to a 20ft without my knowledge. It cost me more time and more money. The U-Haul rep was very understanding and that made all the difference in a stressful situation with trying to move in a 4 hour window.

Julio MHours were really odd, not open very long on the weekend. There was paint pen over the check engine light. Posted policies were not uniformly enforced. Truck was on empty when I received it.

The only downfall was they closed before returning the truck so we had to use the app and it kept disconnecting. After a long day if moving things thats the last thing i wanted to deal with.

carrie sI reserved a vehicle online but when we got to the location, we had to wait over a half hour for anyone to come and help us. We were quoted different prices from what was online. The vehicle was very dirty inside with spills and extremely dusty.

Anthony AHola soy Carlos ramos y uso frecuente U-haul pero en este sitio no me pudieron alludar según yo entiendo estan para hacer que sea más fácil cambiarnos de casa al rentar en que mover nuestras cosas pero aller jueves 08/01/2024 rente una traiga y dije ala persona que atiende que la quería entregar en richmond y me dijo q no podía yo la quería rentar por 10 horas y me dijo que la tenia que regresar a stockton le dije ok entonces rentamela todo un día y el día de entregar la lleve algo tarde porque tuve que manejar de regreso de richmond ca y me empezaron hablar mal y yo desia pues que iva en camino nosaben el trafico q ay yo cansado de mover las cosas y tener q manejar para regresar la traila y el señor muy grosero siempre muy a la defenciba por eso digo q hoy si no me alludaron en nada porque me cobraron un día extra me salio más caro mi tiempo gasolina y un cobro extra ojalá no les pase o que si nos puedan alludar mejor gracias espero q mejoren su servicio de ese establecimiento

jose tThe location that houses the U-Haul rental is not air condition. It was 112° and extremely uncomfortable inside the store. The truck I had reserved did not have air conditioning. I had to take a smaller truck. The printer was broken, so I’ll agreements had to be emailed to me. The next day on my way to return the vehicle the check engine light came on and it started acting strange. It would not go over 15 miles an hour. I live near the rental location so I was able to get back to them. When I went to return it and then 1 was in the office. I had to wait until , the rep came back. When I told them what happened she said oh yeah that truck has a lot of problems. She did not seem surprised. It took a long time for them to check my truck back in and then give me the receipt. This location should not rent U-Haul. They do not have the personnel or the appropriate location to do it. I will never use this location again again.

Dora LHave a sign on the door pointing to the location of the office. The only reason I knew where to go was the pickup truck was in front of the grocery store, which houses the UHaul office. Otherwise, the employee was very nice, informative and helpful
