Since U-Haul does not have any grace periods for overtime especially for single people moving themselves who have no trucks. This move has not only made me broke but now I’m in debt I would recommend them to just hire your friends with trucks to move

More training needs to be provided to staff for processing rentals and also availability of staff who actually can process the rental. I've used this location 2 times and each time I was there up to 45 minutes before I was able to get on the road. I believe it is a new partner location but it appears to not be ready to handle the rentals yet.
