How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had i terrible experience. I made a reservation online only to be phoned and told the equipment i needed was unavailable, made reservations for alternate equipment to suit my needs, wich ended up being twice as expensive as i was quoted, i was not warned of the price increase or i wouldve looked into alternatives!!
Andrew BThe miscommunication from calling in and picking up. They fixed it but if I was picking up with phone would have been more messy
Twila VGreat service and help with entire process. Explained clearly and answered any questions
Kason TI explained the situation to the supervisor who asked me proactively to put the LED situation into the survey.
