There was no U-Haul representative on-site; the mechanics asked me to keep moving the trailer back and forth. I definitely will not rent from this location again. I have photos from the return showing the trailer in perfect condition; however, they kept manually moving the trailer from its spot. I cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after the return. If there is an email address where I can send these photos as proof, I would be grateful.

My trailer was returned 4/19 at 9:39 am. I have already been charged for an additional day. No one spoke English.
joseph MGreat team at this location, but the location itself is very difficult to find and to navigate. Had to get help from the personnel to get the trailer turned in due to the tight confines of the lot. Thankfully they were very helpful and were able to get the trailer parked.
Lewis THorrible place to have your business name on. They were rude and drinking in the office. Complained the whole time that I was dropping off the trailer there. I would remove this location from your list. Horrible customer service and experience.
TELLI CTire garage and very disorganized. Communication barrier was an issue as well. Pick-up took twice as long as a normal U-Haul store.
Mike FHi, I rented a 6' x 12' Cargo Trailer last year one-way from Ringgold, GA to Orlando, FL for $144.80: Order #23766031 But when I went to rent a SMALLER Trailer in Orlando this year one-way from Orlando, FL to Ringgold, GA it was: $386.59 !!! - Order #81899361 But checking the CURRENT price here in Ringgold for the same trailer – It’s ONLY - $135.00 – So why am I overcharged $240.00 for renting in Orlando???
