The vehicles are in excellent shape, the van I rented was practically brand new! The AM Market is fully stocked, has great coffee and is very clean. You definitely get service with a smile!

Ayah SU-Haul overall has been a bad experience for me every time I use them. Communication is poor with explanation of cost and planning route. I spoke to one lady from the Langley location that was excellent with helping me plan my route. I wish I got her name. Also Trucks are not available where they are needed. Maybe more trucks could be created.
LORETTA AOnly suggestion for improvement would be a furniture dolly with straps. Otherwise it was an easy experience.

I was disappointed that the truck I originally ordered was damaged by a previous client and was not able to be fixed in time for me so I had to get a bigger truck. Which was fine except for the fact that it was raining and there was a leak somewhere so some of my boxes got wet which I was not happy about. I was also charged a cleaning fee for some reason, the truck was a clean as I could have it with it raining. Thankfully when I got a hold of U-Haul they refunded the cleaning fee back which I appreciated.
