I picked up the vehicle at less than 1/4 tank. First drive I put in 7 gallons of gas. Drove only 56 miles. Lady told me I was late, charged me $25 cleaning charge, service charge for fuel and $46 fuel charge when I brought it back about what I picked it up as. $124 extra charges. Fuel level on truck was less than 20 miles until empty. While I understand this is how the previous customer left it, I was assured that as long as I had the same amount of fuel remaining or more when I return it, that I would not be charged. I am currently disputing a fuel charge because of this apparently incorrect info. I left the truck with 31 miles until empty. Also, I was supposed to have mobile pick up. Upon arrival, it was not available. Owner was on scene so I was still able to pick up the key. However, I was told the owner had to come in â€œjust for meâ€ since they did not open until noon.Jaiman Y.

Was a ran down place with no gas at the pumps. I put the correct amount in and was asked to fill it up when there was only 1/4 tank in. Guy was nice just was hoping I didn't get charged for thatSUMMER E.

It's an old rundown building that is a conscience store. It stores uhual a randomly as a third party yet know one knows any details about the uhual process, they can't give quotes until you pay first, they don't or review or sign contracts and I never signed anything either.Kelsey M.

Truck had a check engine light on. Code reader port cover in the cab was off and two engine cowling locks were unsnapped giving the appearance someone was troubleshooting the problem but it was not fixed before the equipment was given to customer.David F.

The drop-off location was clean but had very little outdoor nighttime lighting. It was a little difficult parking the truck due to a very small parking space along with the poor lighting. My wife said she felt a little uncomfortable walking on the food mart property because the lack of night time lighting. However, food mart employee was very friendly.David R.
This was not the location I picked. Uhaul sent me to this location because it was the only place with the size of truck I needed. The convenience store was extremely unsafe, I was terrified to walk in the building. I made my fiance take his taser with him for protection. The store was only lit at the entrance, the rest of the building was dark and front door was wide open because he didn't have air conditioning. I walked in at 9:30 pm, I was shocked to see he sold synthetic urine and porn magazines. After he checked me in, he sent me to the truck. Told me he couldn't come with me because he had customers. As I check out the building in the dark, I stepped in broken glass which was all over. The truck appeared to be in poor shape which was noted on the picks as described. The owner literally closed his store for a few minutes to quickly go over with faults in the truck. The truck was in such dire shape, the alignment was in needs of repair. We finished with me move and returned it the next day @ 7:30 pm. I see my receipt and the guy recorded I returned the truck at 9. This was impossible because I was at my house by 8. He was too busy to check me out and told me not to worry and to expect an email. I insisted on getting a copy of my receipt and he said I would get an email. I get the email and noticed he charged $29.00 twice. This place should not be doing business with UHaul. I used their services before but extremely disappointed I was sent to this location. Overall experience was extremely poor. After confirmation from representative that no trailer was within 25 miles, we were guaranteed one 50 miles away. Upon arrival, the location did not have the trailer we were guaranteed. We were lucky to find what we had reserved back close to home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I dropped off the truck and brought the key to the clerk. He said he would get it checked back in for me, and I would be emailed a receipt. I ended up having to call UHaul the next morning and have the contract fixed to reflect that the truck was returned well in advance of the 24 hour deadline to avoid extra charges. The representative on the phone was less than polite, but adjusted the contract accordingly. I think the next time I have to rent a moving truck, I'll be using a different company.George B.

I returned the uhaul the next day with more gas then it had .. they didn't check it out till next afternoon charge me 139. Besides the 115 .. so 250 dollars for 12hrsleah C.
Very cluttered gas station that required me to park the vehicle in a very small and crowded space. The I was told just leave it and we will check it all out later. Super sketchy I will probably never use uhaul again.DAVID S.

This location was closing down when I went to pick up the U-Haul. A team member from a mobile truck met me at the location to make sure I had everything I needed. He was great!KAITLYN S.
This was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. The rep there, Matthew, was very nice and tried to be accommodating. I booked this truck on Monday for pick up friday, got a confirmation phonecall, email and text messages for this location. I come to pick up and was told that they are no longer doing uhaul per their managers request. No one called me or said anything prior to me showing up there to pick up. After about 20 minutes of dealing with them I called another location to try and have the request transferred to another store. This isn't possible because there are no available trucks in town besides the 3 at this location. Then they dont even have the size I requested. After a couple more minutes I requested they call their manager and have him explain why they are refusing to fill my uhaul order. I was finally able to get them to accept the reservation, then it took another 20 minutes to process that paperwork and transaction before I got the truck. I was at this location for an hour trying to just pi k up a truck and there were no other customers. Finally got the keys and the cab and back of the truck were very dirty. Normally I have no issues with uhaul, and the rep Anthony at the other location in town was very sweet and tried to help resolve my issues but this whole situation was very unprofessional. I hope this is no longer an approved dealer for uhaul, not only was the situation unprofessional it it's an only rundown gas station in the ghetto with no uhaul advertisement or product besides trucks sitting in the parking lot.KIRK S.

First we ordered a dolly that was supposed to be in the truck when we picked it up but it was not and we had to drive to two different uhauls to find one. Then the truck was not clean when we received it but still got charged a cleaning fee. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS PLACE AGAIN.Jonathon C.

It took over an hour to process a reservation that was done completely on line. In addition we were overcharged and hit for coverage amounts that we never agreed to. Past experiences with UHAUL have been good however this location should not be allowed to remain as a UHAUL outfitter.David D.
Entire process took way too long. Scheduled truck was full of furniture. Was scheduled as a one-way. Upon delivery the billing was wrong. Thanks to the receiving dealer, things ended well.ROBERT O.
