Excellent service
SHARON MVery awkward rental setting (a paraphanelia shop). Extremely clumsy check-in, polite but a little overwhelmed with handling U-Haul and other non-U-Haul related business The online requested hand truck and blankets were not provided as ordered online and was charged to my CC. Supposedly the 23$ fee was refunded to my credit card, however when returning truck in Sacramento no record in the U-Haul system showed I did not receive that rented equipment. The good folks on Florin Road refunded the $23 to my CC after I told them why I had no blankets or hand truck upon return.

Oscar SOriginal charge was $65 . The next day I got charge $130 I know there’s a fee for gas but I only used the vehicle for an hour and around 13 miles ,There and back . $130??? For an hour of use .
