staff was very friendly and informative. the truck was ready and parked out front when I arrived and she assisted me with an prior issue on the rental that required a few minutes of attention.

Website said hours were 8-8 but nobody was there. Very poor signage or instructions. I called the Roswell Rd (origination point) store and they tracked down the Michael Blvd person to find out what I needed to do. If you say your hours are 8-8 then be there - if not some advance instructions would be helpful.
David LAgain, wasn't my original drop off location but when I was forced to upgrade the truck my chosen drop off was somehow no longer an option. It was a run down lot with barely a proper drive/pavement. I saw no humans to assist in drop off and ended up dropping the keys in a box even though it was past their opening time.

WAYNE MI arrived during business hours (between 2pm and 3pm on a Wednesday) and they were closed! I had to call uhaul and wait 25 min for a uhaul representative to arrive and unhook the trailer.

JENNIFER SThis was a one way move and we were on a tight schedule. It was only a quarter tank of gas in the truck. We had to stop to get gas but we had to guess about how much we need so we got charged when we returned it or not having enough gas. Just goes to show that you can do everything right and still get penalized by lazy greedy employees.
