Again, wasn't my original drop off location but when I was forced to upgrade the truck my chosen drop off was somehow no longer an option. It was a run down lot with barely a proper drive/pavement. I saw no humans to assist in drop off and ended up dropping the keys in a box even though it was past their opening time.

Airport neutral here.I didn't interact with any employees.It was after business hours when we dropped off.But the app , it was fairly normal , nothing out of the ordinary
WAYNE MI arrived during business hours (between 2pm and 3pm on a Wednesday) and they were closed! I had to call uhaul and wait 25 min for a uhaul representative to arrive and unhook the trailer.
