1st My pick up location was changed the day before. When I called about why it was changed the girl really wasn't helpful at all. She told me that the truck I reserved was no longer available. I ask why they couldn't get another truck for my original pick up and all she could say is there's not one. She said she would give me additional mileage for the inconvenience, but she didn't. There is a serious problem with the rear end of the truck. The driver side mirror bounced up and down to the point it was hard to see on that side. The drop off location didn't have enough lightning around the building to seewhere the drop box was. There should be a better sign out front. The one and only helpful person was Ms Monica at the pick up location on Michael Blvd. She told me that she went and picked up a truck for her location so it would be there when we picked up. She had to put the extra mileage in the computer because the other girl didn't care enough to do her job. She also told me that they should've picked up a truck for my original location. Monica was the only representatives that cared enough to make this experience better. She is a great asset to u-haul. She's very helpful and kind. It's been many years since I reserved a truck from u-haul. I hope in the future that your company will improve for your customers.

How U-Haul Reviews Workstaff was very friendly and informative. the truck was ready and parked out front when I arrived and she assisted me with an prior issue on the rental that required a few minutes of attention.
Seth CWebsite said hours were 8-8 but nobody was there. Very poor signage or instructions. I called the Roswell Rd (origination point) store and they tracked down the Michael Blvd person to find out what I needed to do. If you say your hours are 8-8 then be there - if not some advance instructions would be helpful.
David LAgain, wasn't my original drop off location but when I was forced to upgrade the truck my chosen drop off was somehow no longer an option. It was a run down lot with barely a proper drive/pavement. I saw no humans to assist in drop off and ended up dropping the keys in a box even though it was past their opening time.
