The facility lost the key and took over an hour, and directed us originally to the wrong location where the pickup was supposed to take place but had to call uhaul multiple times for them to tell us to drive across the railroad tracks to a car dealership which is when they realized the key was misplaced. Thus taking over an hour to just pick up the uhaul
