Very undesirable experience. They called to confirm our truck reservation days in advance only to not have it available on our actual moving date. Put us back many hours on our drive across states and had to load the truck in the middle-of-day heat in the desert. Uhaul customer service representatives were rude and condescending on the phone. Don’t waste your time reserving a truck, it likely won’t be there when you need it. On top of everything else, the truck was filthy and got black stains all over my belongings. Everything about my experience was terrible and I would not recommend to others.
