Susan CWhen I arrived to pick up my truck I was given the oldest one on the lot. It was a 2007 vehicle. The passenger side mirror would not budge. I returned it for a newer model - this one had 4K miles on it. This subtracted from my rental time and delayed my overall move. The woman who helped me switch out the vehicle was very helpful. To UHAUL: get rid of that vehicle!

Lowell FGet more dollies. All types. I was counting on 2 types of dollies so I could move by myself and reserved them. When I picked up, I was informed they didn't have any at all. I was understanding but when I called around no one had any, yet online it showed they did. I was told by each location that you don't keep up with that. I had to scramble to find help moving at last minute and probably overpaid. But otherwise had a good experience.

GARY HI made a reservation 3 weeks prior at a different location but when I arrived to pick up, they didn't have any trucks available so I had to drive 30 minutes out of town to another location to pick up a truck. They should have offered me a discount for the extra time and mileage for the inconvenience

DAVID RTook 2-3 to drop off the truck. Your website was down and customer service took over an hour to contact me. I am thankful that I only live a few miles away. If you are having technical difficulties record a message on your customer service line with instructions.

Jeffery HAs i dropped the uhaul off some lady tapped on my window and said "hand me your keys" it wasnt until i finished my dropoff procedure that i asked who she was and then she told me that she worked for the storage company. She should have told me from the beginning in a proffesional way who she was and that it was ok to give her my keys. I thought she was the next person picking the truck up or possibly someone trying to steal the truck. It was unproffesional that she did not announce who she was and just simply demanded my keys with no explanation.
