JOCELYN A.Dropped off on a Sunday. No staff work on Sunday. Followed check in instructions and went fine. I suggest getting more 4x4 boards for chocking trailers. I had to walk around to find one board and a brick to chock the trailer. I don't know if patrons make off with these or not. But I noticed trailers were chocked with boards, bricks and tree limbs with many seeing better days. 4x4's cut to 1 foot lengths would be fine for the angle on the front lot.
Tron C.I reserved the trailer at one location but had to pick it up at this location. The woman on staff was extremely helpful and friendly making sure everything was as it should be down to the wire. I've never had a bad U-Haul experience but I would rate this as the best one yet.

I suggest U-Haul communicate better with the store I rented from so they are aware of situations like this.

Felix H.The manager Sue at this storage facility is seriously the MOST AWFUL person I have ever come in contact with. She is not helpful, rude and refused to let me do the check in with her and then charged me additional fees that I didnt even have the chance to discuss because she cussed at me and sent me away. I would highly discourage anyone to stay far away from that awful woman, its worth paying the extra mileage to use another facility. RUN, RUN, RUN!

Cynthia R.In addition to having to drive 98 miles out of our way to pick up the truck, we had to drive 305 miles to Grove City, PA to pick up our requested auto transport. The worst example of poor logistics we've ever seen. HORRIBLE! U-Haul you just lost any future business from us. Penske or Budget next time. Sue, the GM at this location did her level best to help us in our times of need. She is a real gem. Also Mr. & Mrs. Jason Close @ the Close Auto Sales in Grove City, PA were terrific. Unfortunately we had to drive 305 miles to get to them. What happened to U-Haul's guarantees and promises. UP IN SMOKE.

Multiple messages gone unanswered; very testy service (impatient, rude) to my 83 year old mother after our reservation was changed to this location w/out our consent. After 4 attempts to reconcile this error by phone went unanswered, we were forced to pick up at this location, rather than in Clinton. Aside from the extra mileage of 60+ miles, 5.00 per gal gas, anyone in customer service position should be respectful in their transactions, especially when dealing with our “seniorsâ€. I would never endorse this location.
