The new system of checking In and out on your cell phone was a pain in the rear. I could not confirm my location even though I followed your directions to allow location services for U-Haul. I had to call support and wait on hold for approx 30 minutes. When we finally got the truck and to our destination, the truck did not have the appliance dolly or the moving blankets we had requested. We did without. Then when I returned the truck it was late at night and I had additional issues with the app and had to call support again and she led me through the check out procedures which included getting out of the truck taking pictures of the cargo area, the cab itself , mileage and fuel level. All of this was frustrating as it was 1am and the location was not in a good area of town and I was by myself. It took a week for the correct charges to be charged to my bank account.Tressa M.

Great experience. Ashley was a tremendous help in making our move easier. Everybody hates moving but her willingness to call me back and get me reserved and answer all of my questions was more help than I began to expect from uhaul. I called several vendors in the area all of whom were too busy to assist almost made me pay extra money to rent a truck from a rental car company. This is the best customer service I ever received. I rented a van online for a long, one-way trip after striking out being able to find anyone to help at two other OKC locations; only to find out when I arrived at this location that vans and pick-ups are available only for round trip rental. Quita Lee graciously assisted me every step of he way in securing an alternative, and was very generous of her time and expertise. I'm sorry I couldn't rent the van, because it was brand new and looked like it would have been a lot of fun to drive. This is a friendly, clean, helpful location and I highly recommend it.Theodore K.

It took 45 minutes to pickup U-Haul and there was no one in line in front of me. U-haul was given to me with nearly an empty tank of gas. U-haul truck itself had a leak around the windshield, which resulted in me getting slightly wet while driving through the rain.CHARLES B.

Actually nothing at all, because the lady working at that time is a very well informed and friendly sales person, meaning no real improvement necessary whatsoever. I was very pleased with this person at the location of pick-up, All American, true.Jeff H.
Pickup location was fine. Dealing with reservations dept. was a nightmare though. I was not given my 26 foot truck i reserved 2 weeks prior and was given a 14 foot truck and had to make multiple trips to get everything i needed moved. I was not notified of the lack of vehicle until 1 pm the day before my 8 am pickup time. That is less that 24hours before i was initially scheduled to move. Christie in reservations helped and took care of compensating me for the huge inconvenience.Don D.
