I could not do the self checkout through Uhaul. It wouldn't let me take a picture of the mileage - so I had to pay for an extra day PLUS $20 fee.Lori P.
This location was great. Truck was great, process was easy and everything was exactly how I needed it. I screwed up the drop off and couldn't complete it through the website but after calling everything was handled perfectly. Will definitely use again when the time comes.Erik M.

Would have given this a below average review however it was not the person's fault he was trying to help us. She went above and beyond what was even expected of her to help us get the matter straightened out. She was absolutely wonderful. The problem was with the phone app for the 24 seven pick up it didn't work and caused us a three hour delay so very shitty on your house and but not the customer service representative's fault she was awesome.Susan R.

Fix your app for remote pickup. Absolutely the most frustrating experience I've ever had. App would not upload photos of the odometer after dropping off, the location was closed so I was stuck. Luckily there was another person dropping off their vehicle (having the same issue that I was) who had an after hours contact. I will never use this remote pickup again.Rick H.

We were at our whit's end with the need to clear out all the personal belongings of a family member who had passed away. We had a household of goods to donate and NONE of the donations centers would come pick up anything in a timely manner (we were from out of state and had to leave). My aunt hired a moving company to come collect everything, but they didn't show. U-haul to the rescue. It was hard work doing all the loading ourselves, but it saved a lot of money and the lady at American Self Storage was awesome. She took care of us. I would definitely use this location to rent from U-haul againâ€¦if I lived in Ohio.beverly W.

Tracy is the best! She is very helpful! Even when I had to change the day that I was supposed to pick up the u-haul, she was very understanding and she made the change. This location is now my new favorite. They also have climate control units! Awesome!Harriet M.

The pick up center is about what I would have expected. The lady running to location was very kind. The back of the van was very, very dirty. Actually disgusting. So bad that I sent images to my friends. Was wet and just dirty. I understand this time of year being winter and all but I would guess that the back of that van has never been wiped down ever.Jeffrey T.

The U-Haul app was quite challengingâ€”not allowing information to be entered until the day of rental; difficulties connecting and worthless needs for incremental references!?!?. Spent 30 minutes to get the keys then lost connectivity againâ€”-WORTHLESS.STEVEN W.
Have the employee not smoke directly in front of the door when not servicing customers . When I walked into the location following the employee, I felt as if she'd been smoking inside the smell was so bad. Additionally I was charged for materials that I never ordered or used.Angela B.
I did self-service pickup and drop off. The process took a long time (30-45 minutes) and required a smartphone (I don't have one so I had to borrow my wife's). Even though I showed up on time to get my truck, the self-service pickup process took nearly 45 minutes, and they did not adjust the drop-off time backward by the same amount, which I thought was unfair. Also, my truck was clean but it smelled like cigarettes and gasoline. Those are smells I like but I not inside a truck.Nadav Z.

The truck we got did not have a full tank of gas nor was it clean. I had to sweep it out before I could load it. Also, the person at the facility was not only not helpful, but made it clear that she was only interested in a payment. She was rude and totally unhelpful. She did not know what the meaning of service is. I will not be returning this facility at all. I paid too much for too little.Charles K.

Very pleased with the location and ease of pick up. The van could have been a bit cleaner-had to wipe out drink holders as they had spilled, sticky liquid in them. I was a bit disappointed that the very friendly, very helpful representative, Tracy, didn't wear a mask when we were completing the paperwork. Overall, great experience!Tracy H.

Figuring out the brake system of the vehicle was a little tricky at first but everything else went very smooth. Was able to get my van during the closed hours very quickly. Returned the van and dropped the key. After inspection, I got my receipt and everything was done. Very pleasant experience. I rented a Uhaul van on August 12, 2020 to move my son into his college apartment when I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Tracy. I initially set my rental for 1:30pm. When I arrived my cargo van was not there. I was told that U-Haul does this all the time and that I could get a rental around 5 when another customer brought one back. This was inconvenient for me but I made it work. When I arrived to pick up the van it was after hours so I had to go through the online process which was horrible. It took 2 representatives to get me into the lock box. When I returned it that was another issue. Apparently a representative had deleted my reservation and I had a ghost reservation. So returning the van took me waiting on hold for almost an hour in the parking lot until someone could half way resolve it. I was called by a gentleman the following morning who asked about my experience. I explained everything to him and explicitly said I would not be paying the full amount after my experience and was okay with the initial $33.79 that was charged. Today I woke up to an additional charge of $40.51. I am livid and not okay with this after the experience I had. I am disputing this with my bank and will never use your services again. No discount or anything was offered for the trouble I had and to have this additional, unexpected charge is beyond ridiculous.nia T.
