Get rid of this location all together. There is no instruction how to into the gate to get the truck. The back door of the truck was wide open when I picked it up and covered with dirt and wet in the back. The location doesn’t align with U-Haul tracking some how so you have to scan a code to prove you’re at the location. You can’t park your vehicle at this location or you will be towed so make sure you bring an extra person to drive your personal vehicle. The list goes on. I will never get a truck from this location again.

The truck was well-maintained, but the cleanliness was something that I had to take care of so the truck got returned cleaner than when I picked it up. They also got lots of extra gas on the return.

This storage facility is quick to take your money on auto pay but when you give 30 days notice as what their guidelines are, they all of the sudden stop responding to emails and keep trying to charge your card!! This has happened to myself and 2 other people I know of as of just recently!

Sam cheated me out of money they took from my account for some other persons unit and never return the money or credited my account over $1000. The guy is a total butt hole and a outright liar..

Maybe explain that you go through the gate to the other side of the lot in order to pick the Uhaul up, if I hadn't missed the turn the first time, I wouldn't have known where to go and we would've been searching.

The location was very sketchy. No lights anywhere. UHauls were not easily visible. However the UHaul getting and dropping off process was very easy.

Truck is located inside a locked area that needed a code. I could not get close enough to start the checkin to receive the code. Thankfully the site had a local number to call to gain access.

I had to park on the side of the busy highway to check in because that is where the mailbox is and where it’s “located at” on Google maps. The truck was also not clean when I picked it up. There was gravel and dirt in the cargo area and drink cups behind the seats of the cab. Truck was in good condition mechanically and ran well. Other then the check in location and cleanliness of the truck it was decent.

Facility has a gate and requires self entry code. There are large ruts and holes in the driving area.

The storage facility is accessed with a key pad. U Haul provided no code for the gate. If it had not been for a sign saying to call SAM if you had issues I would not have been able to get in. If Sam had not been had not answered his phone I would not have been able to get to the Uhaul truck. When I was at the gate I used my Iphone 13 and a chrome browser. BIG mistake. The location finding service of Uhaul did not work well with chrome. After calling Uhaul the customer Service rep suggested I use Safari browser. I did this and the location service said I was .3 miles from where I needed to be. WRONG I was at the correct location but the trucks were parked on the far end of the storage facility. I could see them but could not get to them because of the locked gate. A call to Sam got me the code. When I finally made it to the truck I had already lost 45 minutes of time. If the system were more efficient I could have been in and out of there with in 20 minutes. Use of the App when I finally was next to the truck worked ok. The part where a second ID was required was extremely faulty. Who carries a passport around with them when renting a moving truck. If I didn't have anyone available to call I would have been sunk, Uhaul should consider another approach to a second verification. The truck itself was operational but not much more. It had 97K on it and you could tell. It got the job done but is all I can say. Uhaul should also check the facilities their trucks are stored at. the roadway is all gravel and very uneven.

Units and security are fine. The lot is not paved and can wash away in areas with a hard rain. I was there 2 years and no paving of lot was done.

It took a long time to pick up the truck. No body answered for awhile and couldn’t get in the gate. The truck was muddy inside. I will tell anyone I know to not rent from there

The owner tracked me inside of the fence and wouldn’t give me the code to get out had a terrible attitude it was a rude individual. I’ll never rent from that location again and frankly feel like they should lose the franchise for the U-Haul brand. The person was terrible.

Everything was great - except the condition of the lot itself. One basically has to off-road from the gate to their unit. The facility needs to completely repave. At some point, someone’s vehicle will be damaged.

Facility was not fenced in the front. Erosion and deep ruts near the gate and driveway made it challenging to pull a rig. Although the staff was nice, the bookkeeping was only accurate for the first two months of our nearly two year rental period. All in all, this was a very frustrating experience.

We are very dissatisfied with American and would not recommend them. We were charged for 2 1/2 months after we moved our RV off the lot. During this time, our RV was for sale at a local RV dealership so couldn’t have possibly been on their lot. We were assured by the owner that they would stop the direct monthly charge and we didn’t need to do anything else. We are so disappointed in the dishonesty. We have spoken to the facility twice without a positive resolution.

The prices of their units were at least comparable to other Storage facilities in the area. The friendliness and customer focus were commendable. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to anyone I hear of needing storage.

Question 2 - Secure, yes. Well lighted? No Question 3 - I never saw an Office. Access hours were fine.

I just moved to the Huntsville area back in March 2021 and this was the only storage facility I found in the area that would let me store my project vehicle in a locked storage area. I was able to rent a 10x30 unit with doors on both ends which made things really convenient. The staff was very helpful and always returned my calls if after hours. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

There is no office and no signs on how to drop off the truck. I had to ask the next-door neighbor to find out how to drop off the truck.
