I wouldn’t recommend this place as a pick up or drop off because it is really hard and tight to get in and out of. To hook up you have to back in off of the street. There were also customer vehicles in the way.

The first place I chose was off of hat 6 rd. On wildcat in Casper wy. It was storage units only. It shouldn't be list or have the capacity to take equipment reservations. Called in and was directed to another store. It was very nice..

The equipment was actually at this other location and not communicated until I arrived (without transportation) at the location I had requested-and indicated on my receipt. This is not reflective of wither location but the incompetence of the Casper Wyoming equipment dispatch. TM10 very uncomfortable seats for a long drive.

Vicky GasawayHad reservations for several weeks. Wife had to bring our car in to make sure that equipment would fit with our car, no suggestions on what to do if not. Wife then had to call a couple days prior to make sure they had the equipment. Wife understood that just show up and would be able to pick up trailer. Had to buy receiving ball. Then guy said he tested equipment while I used break and turn signals. It wasn't until I got home and loaded car on dolly that I realized right side taillight/break lights were out. When we called he said they worked when we were there, too bad. We had to travel through the night and 1500+ miles. Called 2nd St Casper, WY location. That lady said she didn't know anything about them, she was working alone, didn't know what to tell us. Finally, the one on Brian Stock trail was amazing. The associate worked over an hour getting us on the road and replaced the taillight, even figured out how to use a rivet gun to get us on the road. My suggestion, would be the autobody shop should not be an authorized U Haul. The 2nd St location needs better training. I have worked with them on other situations for work, they do not know what they are doing. Finally, find out who was working the Bryan Stock location on Wed 9-29 at 530PM and give him a raise and public Kuddos. One of the best customer service experience ever. He was able to learn new things, balance customers in and out, while helping us and he did not have to. What an awesome representative for the U-Haul brand.

The lady was so mean that I decided to just go with Ames Automotive. Ames was wonderful! They made a very stressful situation ok and I am so glad my money went to them instead of the other place. Danny HeagneyI feel I was overcharged by Uhaul (not specific to the rental location) - 386. for a 1 way rental about 800 miles?! The drop off location told me had I been going the other way, the rental would be about 100. - really?!
Al SillsWhen we arrived just after 5:00pm no one was there to greet us. The sign and online said open until 5:30. I called your 1 800 number and I was greeted yet again with poor customer service. I nicely said, "I would not pay for an extra day" the woman helping me then became yelling at me saying, "man you will not be rude to me or you will pay". She was horrible. I will not use uhaul again and feel very sad for the good employees you have!
kim honeThe access/room to get to trailers was very tight. Though I am a professional driver and very used to this, my wife would not have been able to line up in such tight conditions. The place was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the tightness is a concern to the less than trained driver.
greg oneilThis was a very clean environment and in a good location; I have absolutely no complaints at that. My only complaint is that I had to pick up the truck in a location quite a distance (several miles) from the place I had reserved it weeks prior. This was a great inconvenience for me. The place I called to reserve my truck was located at the same place where I rented the storage unit which held the items I was needing to move. I had to rearrange my day and find someone last minute to help me pick up the truck and get it to the storage unit so I could have my car there also. I reserved it at that particular location for a reason and it was very upsetting to me to have to pick it up anywhere else! This would have been unnecessary had I been able to pick up the truck at the place I reserved it.

Judoth YovannidesThe tow dolly straps were to long for 13" tires. They would not tighten down enough. I had to put a strap between the two straps to make it tight enough. I had to keep adjusting the straps the whole trip!
Darrell PerkinsWhen doing the pre trip inspections before picking it up this location did a very poor job, my suggestions is to get a check list that both customer and Uhaul personnel both go through!
mark borinoDropped off on Saturday morning and no one was at the location. Location was right downtown and a little hard to find. Tried to use the internet drop-off and could not get it to work. Called the help line and the nice lady took care of everything.
