The address lists one rd but it is actually on a different Ed, so GPS sends in completely the wrong direction. The person who answered the phone was minimally helpful with directions. Also, when we rented the trucks we were told we could return it to any location. No one answere the number we were instructed to call, despite multiple attempts, however I we had received an email saying we agreed on the above location. We had to drive extra to find the assigned location, so had to pay for additional mileage.Karen E.

This should be one of my worst experiences so far. I was a fool to assume that Uhaul has integrity. I was given a truck with 1/4 fuel and was told it was half tank. I struggled for almost 15miin to even start the truck cos the wheel was locked and by the time I got the truck started I was already frustrated. I was too trusting and already frustrated to take pictures of the fuel gauge. However, this was contrary to my experience in VA. When the Uhaul agent said the truck had a full tank, it was exactly what he said it was. I was a fool to assume all agents are this honest. To make matter's worst, I bought fuel to top up the truck to half tank and drove 7 min to the agent's office after buying the fuel. I was amazed to get my receipt and discovered that you still went ahead and charged me for 2 gallons of fuel even when the agent said I will not be charged for fuel. Once bitten twice shy, once again, another prove that integrity and honesty do not exist with some Uhaul agents. I offered to even drive to the nearby filling station and fill the gas to a half tank which shouldn't cost me more than 2$, but I was told not to worry that I won't be charged for gas. Now the receipt showed I was charged for gas. Lesson learned Uhaul lacks integrity.Babafemi A.

This location is awful. They didn't know how to use the software to check out a truck and it took almost an hour after they finally had to call someone to get it done. Too busy trying to do their other work and kept stopping MY process to handle something else. Not very friendly, bad area of town. Would NOT recommend this location to females who are arriving alone!Lisa D.
The self pick up service was initially suppose to happen upon arrival Sat at 8am but the phone support person who made the reservations dropped the ball and set it up for pick up and NOT self pick up that day which made my move even more horrible. Had to wait to the store open but the location I was to pick up at opened at 10am but the owner of this business was 45 mins late opening there doors. No dolly was in truck but I made the reservations with it. Eventually one was provided. I was the most horrible experienced I've ever had with UHAUL EVER and the last.. I'm not sure if this 3rd party location had everything to do with my horrible experience or UHAUL but I won't ever us UHAUL EVER againTAMMY C.

Employee with the keys showed up late to work so we waited in the parking lot with the other employees. Was the only customer in the store and took over an hour to get my reservation. Was charged for extra equipment that they did not have and I had to clean the inside of the truck cabin because it was filthy and smelled really bad. Would not recommend anyone renting from this facility...ever!!TIFFANY J.
The location was difficult to find. I copied and pasted the address from your website and it sent me to another location. I reserved a regular dolly, truck, and moving blankets. When I arrived I was told they didn't have moving blankets and the only dolly available was the more expensive appliance dolly. The whole experience was disorganized and unprofessional.Sean F.
I reserved the truck online but when I came there, nothing work. They took me an hour for application again. Moreover, in my reserved , I took out safe mode fee $14 but the office still put it in my invoice and did not tell me. So now, I had to pay for what I do not want. We were very pleased with the service. Everything was handled quickly, and the return was easy. It was a pleasant experience. Note: It was difficult to spot the U-Haul sign on the building. And, there was a U-Haul sign in the window of the business next door.Patricia C.

Horrible experience!!! Video recorded the entire transaction and will be in touch with corporate office! If a supervisor could contact me It would be appreciated 219 - 204 - 3411 My name is Jack Nazimek I was forced to purchase a insurance policy and I have it recorded video of the incident and rude customer service and this is after driving to 4 separate uhaul locations because I was never notified that my original location didn't have my equipment which I noticed you offer a $50 guarantee? I received a text message to pick one up 30 miles from me HOWEVER after driving through Houston Texas Traffic IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! And when I contacted the office the first 2 times No answer and then received a text that said try calling later!?!? When I finally got in touch with the office NO ONE SPOKE English!!!! They couldn't understand that I was asking for there address after I was able to locate the pickup location the woman behind the counter ignored me I have it all on the video I recorded . I also did the fast track online YET she kept making me run outside to get information plate number that I already did on the fast track on line! 45 minutes later again I have it all on video she comes out with a bill for $145 I said it supposed to be $92 she told me I have to have insurance for $40 ! I explained to her that I have full coverage and I have rented trailer before and never been forced to purchase insurance I also opted out on the on line registration!! She then told me she could not remove it???? HORRIBLE ,RIDICULOUSLY ridiculous . I would like the insurance part refunded. Someone please contact meJack N.
