When I arrived there was no one in the.office and I waited close to 15 minutes before anyone was available to assist. The truck was dirty and not well maintained. There was no one that could assist me in loading and securing my vehicle so I had to pay $100 for someone to come do this for me. The truck was given to me on E, but despite this I was still charged a fuel surcharge upon returning the truck. There were multiple issues with processing the payment and my card was ran and charged multiple times Horrible experience from start to finish.
Kimberly OTrailer was very dirty and had food leftovers inside of it.

Michael DTruck was very dirty and had lots of sand in it. Attendant was extremely slow and with no enthusiasm.
