Truck was dirty, the rental agreement had been marked 1/4 tank, when it was more like 1/8. I still gave the extra gas, but 2 days later, I was contacted by Uhaul asking if the truck has been returned. I returned it 1 hour earlier than expected! Very unprofessional and I didn't even have the time to verify exact mileage before/after.
Kalvin K.My reservation was at 9am. The person running this location showed up at 9:20am. It took her forever to figure out the truck rental worked. I started wondering if she had ever rented a truck before. And then none of the equipment agreed upon was in the truck. No furniture pads, no dollys. So my wife had to go to a different location to see if they had any of these items available.
Steve C.You should take this location out of your network to improve and keep your reputation. Customer service let me wait over 30 minutes without doing anything to get the truck or solve problem. They enter wrong fuel information to scam my money. And $30 for just gas filling service is ridiculous. Stay away from this location.
