I was forced to go with this location as my previous location didn't have the 15' truck available and was assured the new location would have it. Not only did they not have it, they charged me for the larger size they ended up giving us because they didn't have it available. I was also charged for an extra dolly and blankets that I never received. Don't use this location. The staff is incompetent and initially was trying to say that my reservation was invalid and their regional corporate office is the one that set it up. Just a mess from start to finish.
