My initial pickup was for a different location. I had to Uber there then find out my reservation had been changed. I had to pay for a second Uber to take my to the updated location. The app was not working correctly to allow me take upload pictures at pickup.

Verify the fuel is not on empty with the light on, make sure they cleaned the truck, make sure the location hours match what you let customers book for. This location was closed and i paid uber twice to take me there.
Monica RHorrible, truck a mess and no dolly was provided although I was charged two days I returned the same day. Took an hour to get the truck picked up
