Because I didn’t got full information related to charges As she didn’t ask me for insurance you need or not and she just told me that I don’t know about the charges and there was nobody to guide us.

I feel i got ripped off. You should not advertise the « from 19,95$ » who’s gonna take the truck only and not using it?. I needed to pick something big really quick, in less than an hour. I drove the truck 10 miles. I ended up paying 3 times than the « from 19,95$ » . In my opinion, you should stop that. Thank you
