Courtney went above and beyond to assist me. Due to my circumstances, which have been very very unfortunate at the loss of my parents and the property in which we lived. Courtney and Christie tried to assist me with so many different things above and beyond the call of duty. I love the fact that it’s a small hometown, and the compassion for people is still left in the world. More than proud to refer anyone that wanted to rent a U-Haul to the Amity location due to their hospitality, compassion and kindness. I apologize for the long delay on this recommendation. Due to my circumstances, I am finally almost got some of my pieces put back together so thank you for your understanding on the delay. I don’t think I have ever been treated with so much respect dignity and kindness and I truly deeply appreciate the Amity location of U-Haul thank you Courtney. Customer Service was extraordinarily good! We encountered some problems with the app but the agent, (I think her name was Courtney,) was most helpful and contacted someone at U-Haul to get assistance on my behalf.

Ashley AThey took an hour to check me in- which I had done mostly online - then after being patient for 45 mins - I said I was getting frustrated with how long it was taking - the girl got defensive and said they were new at this and that I should have planned ahead better! Really? I should have planned for something I did not know- that they were new and learning? When I told her I had several people standing around at my storage unit - that I was paying by the hour - she could have cared less!! Then by the time I finally got the keys- the U-Haul wouldn’t start!! She was not going to take responsibility for not checking the truck when they got it. She said “we just got that one in” we didn’t know it wouldn’t start. Knowing it was reserved- they should have checked it when they got it!! She had no solution when I asked what should I do if it won’t start again after I take it off the lot. I will never rent another U-Haul again! I don’t understand why people can’t just take responsibility and are so defensive when we are paying for a service. Just make it right!! Should I ever move again- I’ll hire movers!! Don’t rent a U-Haul from Amity Oregon!!!
