Paula VIt was fine as it was close to me. But it is really clear that U-haul is just an afterthought for this station. I had a long wait, the pads I wanted were "Oh, we don't have those." So it works if close, but it wasn't positive.

Katherine FDefinitely want to check-in in advance to speed up the process of picking up your rental. Be very diligent on the gas level at pick-up. I took a picture before leaving the station and filled it to that level when returning and was charged for an extra 2 gallons.

jean-paul eWe paid our $168 for the trip to our destination, and the next day was charged an additional $12 for exceeding the mileage that was allowed. We only went to our destination and returned the truck to the nearest drop off location that was more than the 12 miles from our destination. We shouldn’t have to pay this additional charge if we were not told that we would have to pay to drive to the drop off business. Fraud or untruthful agent? I want an answer that is not being provided to me!

Ryan MNot organized very poor customer service. I returned the truck full with gas they proceeded to watch me fill it was gas. Horrible experience I will never rent a truck from here again.
Kayleigh PMy preferred location in DeKalb(closer to my home) never offered the Cargo Van which works the best for what I needed to haul. This location actually added on 52 miles before I could even get going this morning. It would have been nice to have had a choice when adding gas at the end instead of being told I had to do it there where the gas prices were higher than the area average
Jill PThe van was fine. The dealer explained that I had insurance, but if I were in an accident I had no piece of that says clearly that I have insurance. The contract mentions insurance, but doesn't say what kind of insurance is included. The contract says Coverage CDW with no explanation as to what that means. There really should be paperwork that clearly says what kind of insurance I have, liability, comprehensive and collision and the details, how much insurance and the deductible. U-Haul is a national corporation. It should be doing than this in regards to insurance.

Ryan ETook an hour to be “checked In” even though I had already done so on my phone. Had to upload a picture of my license multiple times. U-Haul truck was stuck in mud and I had to help the location owner get it out utilizing broken pieces of fencing and an inadequate very small chain.

DONALD MIt was a bit difficult to under stand the employees and one employee seemed to not understand what I was asking. They were nice though. It all worked out okay. The location was very convenient and I’d much rather have a convenient location.

Timothy GIt was just a gas station and I never went inside. Man came out and checked in the vehicle and it was an easy process. But the truck had very dim headlights and the AC did not work very well.

Joseph HMore staff is needed at this location as there was an issue with the roll up door being jammed in the open position & since there was only one representative available, we had to fix it ourselves in order for the truck to be used. The Re presentative provided wrench for us to use, but truck should have been inspected prior to ensure that it was in working order.
Michael GThe vehicle was clean by normal standards, but I was informed that no disinfecting was done to control the spread of COVID-19. I had no choice to use the vehicle, so had to spend an hour of my own time to disinfect it before I could load it with my stuff. I just hope I do not get the virus because of the lack of respect you have for your customers health and well being.
BRIAN SThis was not my original pick up location. it added an hour (30 min both ways) although compensated for miles, not compensated for gas not time. The person on call to change location was very nice. I didn't anticipate these costs when she called. I would have asked to lower rate by $25 or so, knowing now. But all good
Steve PIf a change in pick up location happens please notify more then 30 minutes beforehand. I bearly made it to the pick up location in time. Eventhough i was given more miles do to the change I ended up spending more in gas in the end. Please also offer an amount off to cover for the increased gas as well as the mileage. Finally if possible having someone that knows how to check trucks out and look up orders would be helpful as well as it makes it a very frustrating 30 minutes trying to look up an order and check things out even when doing the express check out on the phone prior to picking up the vehicle.
Grant GWe were charged a $25 charge for cleaning. The uhaul was swept out upon dropping off. The man looked at the truck and never told us we were being charged an extra fee. I will note that it was raining/snowing the day we dropped it off as well.
