I went to pick up my truck at my scheduled time of 9am. I selected check in through my phone and when I filled everything out, it said there was a problem with my equipment, but could see the truck parked at the location. I tried several times, answered the questions, took photos of my license each time, and then when it still gave an error I chatted with an agent for assistance. They told me I needed to call scheduling for help. After being on hold for 15 min, we discovered the truck was never checked back in for my reservation. I went inside and waited another 15-20 minutes for the worker to check in the other truck and then check me in. Lost almost an hour of time and created a lot of headache for a process that should have been easy and pain free.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkInterior of truck was ok, exterior was dirty. The facility itself was a gas station where he helped all other patrons before and during helping me. He also did not have the blankets initially requested which required me to buy some from Home Depot. Just an overall bad experience.
Kurtis MThey changed my location which not a big beak. However the mileage limitations is a little off. The calculation of miles doesn’t give you any room to go to pick the stuff your moving then dropping off then to drop off location. You are for sure going over your allotment.
