One, you need to fix your app I tried several times to sign in and it kept saying oops somethng went wrong try again. I finally was able to get a link to go in and rent. then on the return, again had same problem. reached out to support chat. found out that even though i was getting texts to my phone , my account had been made using an old phone number but yet i was receiving the text and links to begin with to the correct phone number. called support....an hour waiting que..ridiculous..again i lucked out by googling uhaul until i found a return link i could use.
Nancy HThe only thing I would complain about it was out of my way with all the Uhaul’s in my town I had to travel to pick it up. I use a lot more gas than I would have.
