The windshield on the truck had 4-5 glue spots on it. It looked like someone had used a suction cup holder for a phone or gps . It had sticky spots all over it. I had to stop and clean the windshield before I could continue my trip

The Service Email Team sent the following message - "Thank you for reaching out to us. We have removed your email from our customer's contract/account." and yet I still received the customers "Transaction Receipt" and this request to "Rate your recent U-Haul Experience"
Thank goodness you didn't have access to my Credit Card or Bank Account!
