This location was kind of tight to get into when pulling a trailer but the staff was extremely helpful and were awesome during the return phase of my rental. I tried to get a closer return location when I picked up the trailer and they couldn't "find" one. When I called about the return and stated I found closer locations I was told I couldn't return to them. I drove past 6 U-haul locations on my way to drop off the trailer. The pickup and drop off locations were nice and helpful, but the people you had to call about confirmations and returns were not helpful.
