The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The kid in the location had a terrible attitude disrespected me many times and from the moment I entered the store he refused to help because I was interrupting his time doing nothing . I went as far as filing a complaint with franchise the way that he treated me. Not only disrespected me as a customer but as a human totally unacceptable put a bad image on his company along with U-Haul, I would never let a company that hires this type of employee represent my company. Very bad experience.

The personnel did not know anything about reservations. Did not care about us. The process to rent the truck was very struggling. Anyway was not the best experience. The branch at the 132 Ave and 120 st is much accesibles, helpful and more personalized.
