The personnel did not know anything about reservations. Did not care about us. The process to rent the truck was very struggling. Anyway was not the best experience. The branch at the 132 Ave and 120 st is much accesibles, helpful and more personalized.

Ana BThe gentleman working that day seems like he didn’t want it to be there I asked him very respectfully for the truck keys and he just told me I have nothing to do with that that’s over the phone with them or online not helpful at all and with a attitude… a little more help would be nice he ended disrespecting my sister and the lady from customer service on the phone .never again in this location.
