Only complaint radio in the rental didn’t work.
DEBRA EEverything went perfect. Equipment was in great condition. Absolutely no problems. This is a classic example of why U-Haul has been in business for 80+ years. Great company and wonderful helpful people!!

MICHAEL FGoogled first and the site stated they were open. I arrived at 2:30pm and there was a sign on the door that stated manager had to run errands and would be back by 3pm. Myself and 2 others waited but the manager didn’t show at 3pm. By 3:40pm she arrived and was hostile. So I asked if we got a discount for having to wait in 100 degree hear for so long. Her statement was “Maybe”, but no discount. Help me to understand when I rented a $19.95 van and only had the vehicle 3 hours WHYi paid $109.00? If this doesn’t gain a fair response I will never use U-Haul again! Location is3317 Loop 534, Kerrville, Texas 78028

Geroge MWe didn't get everything we asked for when I reserved in April and uhaul changed pickup location and we were charged for 6 extra miles. No one was there for first 10 minutes, no phone being answered when she did show up she acted like we didn't matter. Horrible service. If we ever need another moving rental we will look elsewhere

Jimmy BYour U-Haul app is slow and hard to use. You might understand how to use but difficult for John Q Public.
GREGORY PReturning with your app was quite difficult and confusing. I almost had a heat stroke running back and forth to the truck. I took all the pictures that the video told me I needed and then when I went to do everything on the website, I had to go take the pictures again as it asked for each one instead of being able to attach from the pictures I had already taken. A little more clarity would have been nice. We were there during business hours but no personnel.

GREG FI could not get ahold of the lady to pick up the uhaul. I called and called and called. Finally someone from uhual customer service was able to get ahold of her. It was so bad that some other man showed up and waited so long he finally left. I waited 45 min. Absolutely ridiculous. The person that works there name is Elizabeth.
