The online process was cumbersome. My location was not recognized and it was 40 minutes before I could complete online return process. Charged another $60 but was not told why. Was it because process made me late??

GREGORY PRESTONReturning with your app was quite difficult and confusing. I almost had a heat stroke running back and forth to the truck. I took all the pictures that the video told me I needed and then when I went to do everything on the website, I had to go take the pictures again as it asked for each one instead of being able to attach from the pictures I had already taken. A little more clarity would have been nice. We were there during business hours but no personnel.

GREG FALDYNI could not get ahold of the lady to pick up the uhaul. I called and called and called. Finally someone from uhual customer service was able to get ahold of her. It was so bad that some other man showed up and waited so long he finally left. I waited 45 min. Absolutely ridiculous. The person that works there name is Elizabeth.
Raelee CorneliusOverall, I’m unhappy with the low mileage from the quote. I was given 122 miles when the location of the pickup to the drop off location was more than that. Not to mention the extra mileage from the store to my house and where we dropped off my stuff. The mileage should AT LEAST cover the distance from one store to the other + 50 miles.

Ron WardI have pictures of the gas gage when i got in. The lady said it was 7/8 of a tank. IT WAS NOT. it was 3/4. We went a total of 41 miles. I put $15 the lady charged me another $21. Thats $36. In fuel at $3.70 /gal thats almost 10 gals of gas. Even if the truck gets 8 mi to the gal thats 80 miles of gas i put in. I will NEVER EVER EVER RENT UHAUL again and i will make sure friends and family do not either. Hope it was worth the $21 to lose in the customer retention field.

Alan WinkleyAfter returning the vehicle they charged us an extra day, which we had returned in the timeframe on our original paperwork. Also, it stated that we sent it back on empty when, which in fact it was sent back exactly the way we picked it up on 1/4 of a tank. After our purchase no one will pick up the phone or answer our phone calls. Customer service told me 15 minute wait and it was an hour after one hour the call hung up nobody is responsive. Do not trust U-Haul to do any sort of move.

Ricardo CrixellI spent $300 got a 26 ft truck I'm happy with that then they asked me to do the ride share bring the trailer to Bastrop where I was moving it did not come with a jack so we couldn't detach it once it was attached they never mentioned they wanted it dropped off at a safe location then they tried to call me this morning and triple charged me because it was not dropped off at the correct bass drop location. Then I called customer service and got a really rude person that hung up on us. Meanwhile we're still trying to move into our house.

MICHELLE MOKRYI'm fine with the location. I don't appreciate that they charged me $10.50+ for 2 gal of gas. There's no way I even used 2 gal and no way 2 gal cost that much. I also didn't know that I needed to put in gas whenever I was paying $0.79 a mile plus tax. So no I will never use U-Haul again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
