No they didn’t even bother to give me a receipt and I ask if I was supposed to give them the paper I had from where I rented the truck they said no so I definitely not bothered with this Uhaul company again, they now Jessica from where I got the truck was very polite and professional my experience with Jessica was great from A&I in San Antonio Texas,but when I drop off the truck in Kerrville was not a good experience

Office door was kept locked and a sign referred customers to the key drop box. Rang the doorbell and no one answered until a few minutes later an employee came out but it was obvious she didn’t want to come out
Cristian RTruck was clean but prior renter spilled paint in the cab and outside
David PI was changed for fuel when I returned the rental with the same amount of gas
