I believe the rates for the U-Haul I rented were fair and I would have preferred to have kept it up till the 24-hour mark allowed to me, but I moved to a house on a narrow street without protection and feared it to get vandalized. I appreciated the amenities available such as the dolly and moving blankets, but for this move I did not need them. The next time I move, I will be visiting again for another quality experience.

While my experience with Kerrville TX Uhaul itself was good, due to, when I was finally able to pick up my truck, all thanks to Kenya was great. The on-line help was awful, other than Kenya. All the several transferred associates I spoke with were ridiculous. None of them were professional and I never want to speak with them again, especially the man (Inever got his name and he wasa major jerk.) I do want someone to reach out and contact me. 405 585 7347.

We were driving 60+ miles to pick up the UHaul truck. The pick up location moved 2 times after our initial location confirmation - further and further away from our home. We were concerned about all the sudden changing of location and were afraid there would be no truck available after driving 60 miles to pick it up. It all worked out okay, but there seems to be an opportunity for improvement.

The 20 Foot truck I had was difficult to put gas in. At all four different gas stations in three states, I could not use the auto-flow mechanism. Even on the lowest flow setting it kicked off. I had to manually hold the handle at a trickle and still it would kick off 15 to 20 times. Not very convenient and very time consuming when trying to pour 30 gallons at each stop. Obviously and manufacturer's defect.

The reason I put such a low rate is because y’all need to make the total a lot more clear and explain to people that 4 days of renting a truck will cost over 800 dollars and it’s not anywhere near the “39.99 a day” total

There was damage to the truck already. Because we didn't take a picture they wanted to blame it on us. The location where it was bent and scratched had x's on it and my understanding is that if it has ex's that damage was there already.

This location was very near my house. Uhaul had me going to a location 15 miles further when I booked the trip and then re-set my drop off to a location 15 miles in the opposite direction passing this location on the way. I stopped and asked the attendant if I could drop it off with her and she was able to make that happen for me.

Uhaul was great from start to finish. Kevin Erlwein was great. If you check in 1 truck wrong it's a mistake, but 2 different trucks something needs to change. Take pictures of the gas, mileage, and back of the truck.

We were told to call the 800 regarding drop off instructions. They told us to download the app and post pictures and the miles and all that prior to dropping off. The app had no place to do that. When i called back to customer service and expressed my discontent, the lady hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. I was upset but not rude. Her actions were very unprofessional and as a result, i will never use your company again.

The facility was ok, but the billing is not. I was overcharged and they would not refund me all that I was overcharged. This is dishonest, but I guess it is the way that they make their money. I will not use U-Haul again.

I picked it because of location. Called 5 times, left 3 messages, never a call back.i finally went by around 2-3pm and made arrangements. Not busy at all, apparently UHaul is not a priorityl. Next day, much better experience, rep w/short VERY nice & helpful as well w/return next day. Can't make out her name, 1st initial is A

The parking lot was way too small for this large truck and we only got it partially in a slot because it was gonna hit the mirrors of another truck. The place was closed on Saturday. We were billed an extra $16 dropping it off by app. Apparently, the destination on the app is not the drop off location of the truck but the place we were moving to. I did not know that and put Kerrville as destination instead of Harper, TX. So the driving it back costs us a penalty. NO FAIR especially after what we went through at the pick up location.
