The staff was very friendly and attentive. I did notice that while on my trip the AC didn't work. The staff wouldn't have known this as the temperature this time of year is cool. During the one-day trip, the humidity was very high so I did want the AC on. On the trip back I drove in the evening so it didn't matter. Just a note for management.MARK B.

I had made it clear that on a 15' truck would work for me when I made the reservation. When I got to the location they said I had been upgraded to a 20' because the two 15 â€˜ trucks on the lot were promised for the next day to other customers. They said Uhaul had sent me a email about the change. That email arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I finally got the 15' truck after much argument. Totally unsatisfactoryjerry P.
Smooth sailing! Staff went out of their way to help me make best choices and research all options. Truck perfect for my needs. Then...when I realized I was in over my head with huge and heavy furniture...the sticker in the truck leading me to help unloading saved the day. The lady at the desk was excellent but I had all kinds of iffuea using the truck share. Then I was presented with additional charges after I already paid for the reservations. Took 3 hrs to get my truck even with a reservation. Then the truck was very hard to control because there was so much play in the stearing I was scared drivin g it on the highwayDAVID S.

While the trucks were easily accessible there was only one parking spot for you to leave your car that wasn't wedged between huge moving trucks. Also, the lady running the storage facility where the u-hauls are kept was quite rude. All I wanted to do was ask her where she would like the truck parked but she cut me off before I could finish asking my question. She then started giving me a hard time about whether or not I even belonged there. Poor customer service skills.JESSE S.

This location answers the phone which is a huge plus! I was able to coordinate a drop off as an on site person was able to answer my questions. This location also tends to waive the after hours drop fee as the WIFI in the area is poor to non-existent. Kudos to Heidi, one of your best customer service agents.John L.

U HAUL LIES THEY TELL A PRICE ON THE PHONE (800#} THEN WHEN YOU GO TO PICK IT UP IT'S MUCH HIGHER. i ASKED 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IF THE PRICE QUOTED INCLUDED TAXES AND FEES THEY LIED AND TOLD ME THERE WERE NO OTHER CHARGES LIARS CORPORATE LIARSRand M.
We dropped the unit off early and were charged an after hour drop off fee. Both my wife and I didn't hear anything about an after hour fee when we picked up the trailer. What's worse is the agent didn't give us an access code to put the trailer back were we got it. I won't use this company again. Not just because of the fee but they never answer the phone and or call you back. You have to personally go to there facility to get any answers. Very bad customer service. I would like my 20.00 dollars back too.Mark B.

I believe the rates for the U-Haul I rented were fair and I would have preferred to have kept it up till the 24-hour mark allowed to me, but I moved to a house on a narrow street without protection and feared it to get vandalized. I appreciated the amenities available such as the dolly and moving blankets, but for this move I did not need them. The next time I move, I will be visiting again for another quality experience.Michael M.

While my experience with Kerrville TX Uhaul itself was good, due to, when I was finally able to pick up my truck, all thanks to Kenya was great. The on-line help was awful, other than Kenya. All the several transferred associates I spoke with were ridiculous. None of them were professional and I never want to speak with them again, especially the man (Inever got his name and he wasa major jerk.) We were driving 60+ miles to pick up the UHaul truck. The pick up location moved 2 times after our initial location confirmation - further and further away from our home. We were concerned about all the sudden changing of location and were afraid there would be no truck available after driving 60 miles to pick it up. It all worked out okay, but there seems to be an opportunity for improvement.Michael F.
The 20 Foot truck I had was difficult to put gas in. At all four different gas stations in three states, I could not use the auto-flow mechanism. Even on the lowest flow setting it kicked off. I had to manually hold the handle at a trickle and still it would kick off 15 to 20 times. Not very convenient and very time consuming when trying to pour 30 gallons at each stop. Obviously and manufacturer's defect.James B.

There was damage to the truck already. Because we didn't take a picture they wanted to blame it on us. The location where it was bent and scratched had x's on it and my understanding is that if it has ex's that damage was there already.Perfecto P.
This location was very near my house. Uhaul had me going to a location 15 miles further when I booked the trip and then re-set my drop off to a location 15 miles in the opposite direction passing this location on the way. I stopped and asked the attendant if I could drop it off with her and she was able to make that happen for me.William O.

Uhaul was great from start to finish. Kevin Erlwein was great. If you check in 1 truck wrong it's a mistake, but 2 different trucks something needs to change. Take pictures of the gas, mileage, and back of the truck.Marcus J.
