Truck was ready and clean. I'm 75 so my son was driving for me and the sign in process went smoothly. Friendly staff. Military friendly. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

DAWN TFix the U-Haul software and server. It took 25 minutes to get checked out because the system timed out and then was slow.
RANDALL KI was charged for blankets I never received I was requesting 54 pads but was given only 48 the gentleman gave me eight packs with six blankets in each for a total of 48. I called the store and told him about it now I’m being charged almost $50 for six missing blankets that I was never given.

RYAN JDropped off before opening and place is too small. 26 ft U-Haul with car hauler barely fit in their driveway. Most people would have collided with something. If the business next door was not open we would have had even a more difficult time dropping this rig off.
DENNIS BI utilized Moving Help through U-haul for 2 guys to come and load and unload and the did a fantastic job and were very affordable. Iwould highly recommend them.
ROBIN WThe guy booked it for a one day rental, not a one WAY. I even asked him about it and he said that because I already paid the final charge would be adjusted when I dropped it off. They are now claiming I owe over $3,000 for a trailer one way rental.

Corey SThe cab of the truck was full of sand which I ended up having to clean. The process of picking up the truck took far too long. The system showed I was paying for an appliance dolly and furniture dolly's which I did not select, so they had to be removed. Lastly I was not informed that I was going to receive a text and needed to take pictures of the truck, confirm mileage, and fuel level. By the time I noticed I had received the text, the truck was at the moving location and the link had expired. This should definitely be told to the customer before they leave the pickup location.

ROBERT PVery friendly and offered great service. The truck was spotless. The real stand out though is how nice and friendly all the staff is. I will continue to use there services and highly recommend them if you want to just be treated like a friend and not another customer.

Mileage was exactly as estimated 2. I returned with Full Gas Tank - only needed to be 3/4 3. The “insurance” Safe Move was to be $15, I was charged $45! Plus taxes
