1. Uhaul truck was dirty 2.Pick up location didn’t have the number of pads I requested 3. Uhaul two called me and changed my pickup location and said he’d give me an extra day— but never did 4. I got charged for extra mileage???? I went exactly point to point I rented 20+ Uhauls over the years…. The quality and customer service are going down hill…. But the prices are still high. I will explore different options next time to not have such a rough experience.
