Other then the original computer giving address being inaccurate for pickup, the corporate records should have been updated and correctly given to the customer the first time. To avoid time wasted and daylight burning. All else was good.

1. Uhaul truck was dirty 2.Pick up location didn’t have the number of pads I requested 3. Uhaul two called me and changed my pickup location and said he’d give me an extra day— but never did 4. I got charged for extra mileage???? I went exactly point to point I rented 20+ Uhauls over the years…. The quality and customer service are going down hill…. But the prices are still high. I will explore different options next time to not have such a rough experience.
