The area field supervisor was there and kept butting in. It was rude, upsetting, and annoying. The gas pump was awkward and I had to go elsewhere to get gas. The store man was trying to be helpful. The program for u-haul was not functioning correctly.Sharon U.

The agent at the return location was very unprofessional, rented the truck on 17th for a 2 day rental due back on the 19th, but because I returned after 9am on the 18th she wanted to charge me another day. Then she told me I returned it to the wrong location, which she verified as the correct location after I called uhual to have the agent on the phone explain to the agent in front of me that I was at the correct location and that I still had another day left on my contract and that she can not charge me for an extra day. Completely incompetent at the return location. This woman angered me so much I will never do business in that location again.Aron A.

This location is a dump! Small convenience store. Lady at the counter had absolute zero customer service skills. This location should not be representing the image of uhaul. There were no other trucks there so I know it's rarely used. Seriously, the lady needs customer service training.Tracy G.
Truck did not have the dolly and furniture pads. I had to drive to another location to get them. The missing equipment meant the lady had to make multiple calls to explain the situation to help me. It took me just over an hour to get checked in and rent a truck with all the equipment that I asked for. By the way, I had checked-in days in advance to make sure you had time to get my order correct. That's an hour of moving time during the early morning when its still cool outside. I can't tell you how angry this made me when I had so much to do. U-haul really dropped the ball.thomas M.

First you have to have a location working or open for business if you're offering equipment from it, I made a reservation but it was a non existent business and I had to scramble to find another which by then had me running late. The trailer was not well maintained had missing lights, no hitch stand which hurt my back but it was all that was available and by that point I was really late. Your guarantee of reservation was not honored as I was charged for this bad experience much less the equipment safety for customersAlize C.

At 10 am, no one was there. Had to leave paperwork in the trailer, no drop box located. Another man there wanting to pick up a trailer, no one there. Would be nice to have an update to let you know the trailer was receivedbill A.
It took me 45 mins to pickup a car dolly in which I checked in online prior and had to still show drivers license, credit card etc.... Why check in online. They were not concerned with my timeline and I did make a reservation for 10 AM. Another 15 minutes to check it back in . Not a very good representation of U haul. . I will not be back to this location and maybe do no further business with the company in general.Thomas K.
The representative was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The trailer was not clean when I opened the door at home. I had to sweep it out when I got home before I could use it. It smelled musty, but I thought the door might have been left open in the rain. During the move I found out why it smelled so bad: there was a leak which caused my couch to get soaked. The person refused to let the movers pick up the truck then for argumentative with me on the phone calling me an idiot and that I didn't know what I was talking about and ended up costing me two hours of time and an extras hour for them having to come get me and do it myself which made no sense since I am unable to drive and told them that when I made the reservationthomas C.

this particular car hauler trailer that i renter 0n 3-16-16 was in my opinion not worthy to be in the u haul fleet of trailers. the trailer was raggedy looking and bounced terribly when pulled. the tire on the right front tandem was well below par. trailer needs too be pulled from fleet.james D.
She told me it was a set charge of 14$ for the damage protection. It ended up being 14$ per day! Never would have done that had I known. :(STEPHANIE W.
I rented online and the place I was supposed to rent from was no longer there they were picking up the uhauls to move them I had to get my pickup location changed and I called uhaul and they refused to give me the $50 that it states in the contract if the uhaul isn't ready as reservation states. I will never use uhaul again and will be sure to tell everyone about the bad experience I had with the rude field management.KRISTA M.

The lady that checked the vehicle in does not know how to read a fuel gauge. I ended up having to put $20.00 more gas in it than needed as she insisted that 5/8ths is closer to 3/4. It was returned with 7/8ths+.James M.

It took me 50 minutes to get my equipment and 30 minutes to turn it in. the staff was nice but bery slow. Next week when I rent a truck i will go to penske. I received the truck with a 1/8 th of a tank of fuel. Barely had enough gas to get out of the parking lot.robert S.

This place was beyond any I have rented from before, BAD,BAD, BAD! Service was SORRY, area was sorry and the time to rent the unit was over the top to long. I had to wait on every food stamp or EBT person in the area to purchase their daily needs while the store owner was trying to wait on me. 1 Hour& 10 minutes just to get my prepaid,prereserved unit for me. The place was dirty and the appliance dolly was not there had to wait 45 min for someone to bring one. The dolly was old and rusty and made a horrible mess on my floors. The clerk at the store when we returned the truck was extremely rude and aggravated and was snatching paperwork and slamming things down, She snatched the key from my fiance's hand and was very very unprofessional. I have rented Uhaul trucks many many times but this experience was terrible.Kristina A.
