How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy pickup experience was in general very good. I was disappointed in the fact that I could not get a printed copy of the rental agreement at the time of pick-up. Apparently it is UHaul policy or procedure to make that available only by email and or text. This also happened to me in previous rentals with Uhaul a couple of years ago. My phone does not have document receiving capabilities, and I would really rather have a copy in hand before getting on the road. Otherwise, the experience was fantastic.

Allan SWhen I picked up the van, the gas tank was three-quarters full. I used about one-quarter of a tank, but when I stopped to refuel, I was unsure how much gas to add and ended up filling the tank completely. I asked the clerk at the facility if they could credit me for the extra gas I paid for and apply it to my next rental, which would be in a month or two, but they declined. I have never rented a vehicle that did not start with a full tank, and I did not realize the tank was only three-quarters full until I completed the pre-check just before leaving and this was the only van they had.
