We got double charged and we put in for 4 hours had it back in 3 hours gave them an over exaggerated 40 miles max drove under 12 miles and brought it back with more gas than when I got it 0/10 will never go back

They did not have a dolly, but I was still charged for one. The clerk didn't tell the uhaul rep when she was on the phone with them that they did not have one. The back of the truck had someone living in it.

Person doing U-Haul had trouble with reservation. Took too much time dealing with other business in store.

The workers gave me a propane tank key instead of a uhaul key. Neither seemed to know what they were doing and were laughing and joking with each other vs helping me. It is a liquor store so I didn’t expect much!

The 10 foot truck that I rented had been dropped off the previous night and the U-haul location that I rented it from hadn't had time to clean it, before I rented it. The previous renter of the truck dropped it off after closing and left it dirty . It wasn't this location's fault because I needed a truck right away. I have no negative comments about this U-haul location. I would rent from them again and I do recommend them.

Was told I could bring truck back by 11pm. The same man who told me this, put I should bring back at 7pm. Owner said she would call me next day to get it all straight. Never received call.
