Wasn’t open for the return at 9am on Thursday was due back by 10:30am I put keys in drop box left. around 5pm get a notification that I am getting charged late return fees turns out they had not checked in my returned truck into there system yet then am currently in a fuel dispute cause they are saying I returned the truck basically on empty when I returned it with the quarter tank that it had in it when I got it over all just feel the location just off

Acted like he could not be bothered. When we dropped off the truck, he just said okay. Did not check anything, did not even go inside the building. Just said okay.
