It was easy to reserve the uhaul and pick it up. I was a little confused with the insurance options. But I have always had a great experience with this uhaul location. HIghly recommend.

Chung HTires on this vehicle are lacking major tread on the tires. The ride was quite rough as it is and older vehicle with over 110,000 miles. Many areas on the exterior were damaged.

Customers who are renting U-Haul trucks are allowed to leave their personal vehicles parked at the front of the store, which leaves very few spaces available for customers who are arriving to pick up rental vehicles. It would be helpful if there were a designated area for long-term customer parking so that more spaces remain available for pickups. In addition, the location appears to be understaffed on weekends, which is typically one of the busiest times for U-Haul rentals. While the staff member on duty was courteous, additional staffing would likely help improve the overall customer experience.

Kevin PWhen I got the U-Haul it was no gas when I picked it up
Jamearos MOwner has 26' truck jammed in back of lot requiring with extremely tight maneuvering around other Uhauls in lot. slight brush against another truck while the owner started and watched (waiting for the inevitable). Worse than that I get 3 FLAT tires to my personal car in their parking lot. 3 separate side punctures. Was only there during daylight hours of 1pm - 7pm. No CCTV. Tires were 6mo old. Car was directly in front of owner window in front of store. Never rent from here.
Adam MI took truck from lot after the app would not allow me to add pictures. It kept error, stating the brouser was blocking. But it was not. Furl out was 1/2 tank. I refueled above. Fact 50 miles does not burn 9 gallon. Which they charged me.that would be 5 miles to a gallon. That vehicle would burn that much even if drive hard as h. The lot needs to vary vehicle not go with what some one put in. Compare previous photos.

The guy at the desk made no mention of this and I almost drove off without the blankets thinking they would be in the truck when I returned the truck about 3:30 PM. There was no one in the store and the doors were locked other customers, and I were wondering what to do with our keys. Thankfully, a contractor who was there changing a vehicle tire told us to place the key in the after hours box

hollis FThe windshield was very filthy. Really filthy. Bugs galore. It was hard to see through while driving and was too high for me to clean myself. This was my only complaint.

alex rEvery thing was ready when I arrived and the staff hooked up the trailer. I don’t know of anything they could have done to help me.
Jeff BI had to drive 25 miles from the place I originally reserved the equipment. It took me 1.25 hours extra, $12 in tolls and an extra $10 in gas. The manager tried to fake the light connection and didn’t wait around for me to confirm the lights worked. Very poor service.

Thomas BApex moving was great and had us in and out quickly with our reservation. However, the app and online return process after hours proved to be a challenge. KNOW that you can NOT return anything over the phone. My phone died and I had no charging cord so I called the 1-800-GO- UHAUL - to which the representative informed me that there was no way to return it without my phone. THANKFULLY I was able to log in once before my phone died. My husband downloaded the app, we tried on his phone but the verifications were being sent to my dead phone number. From there, on my husbands phone, I added my his phone number. Then had to change that to the primary number in order for texts to be sent to his phone in order to return the vehicle and take pictures to submit. Not to mention if you have bad service and can't get the location to verify, that was a pain as well. You are not able to take photos and upload them, they have to be done through the return portal process. This process took almost an hour. I was on the phone with the UHAUL representative for almost 45 minutes. Suggestion for UHAUL, make the return process available via phone call, and submission of photos. You can slide up on photos to show the date and time stamp for such photos to verify date time and location. UHAUL could also have airtags on each piece of equipment to verify their location, if they don't already have that installed on them.
