Travon MWas does an insurance fee always seem to appear even though I reserve this vehicle with no coverage because my own insurance covers it? Why does UHaul always seem to add it on automatically are require me to remove it, or request it to be removed. I reserve it without the UHaul optional insurance coverage. Somehow it gets added back, and I don't see it until the receipt arrives In addition, the vehicle was clearly recently used and dirty, inside and out. Including used drink bottles and napkins under and behind the seats.
Rhian DMy issue is not related to Apex Moving & Supplies, it's related to how U-Haul expects its customers and contractors to maintain their promises. I was "guaranteed" a truck at my preferred location near my home. When I arrived, the truck was there, but it had not been checked in appropriately, so Customer Service's solution was to send me to another location "only" 4+ miles away. They blamed the bad check-in on either the renter or the original location and said I could wait for the location to open. I chose mobile pickup because I needed to get started at 7 a.m., not their 11 a.m. opening time! People that rent vehicles don't often have another vehicle to just jump to the next location. I had to get my ride to come back and bring me somewhere else. I was on a deadline, wasted 30 minutes on the phone and another 30-60 getting to a location that was farther away, with only a $50 credit as compensation. No one seemed all that concerned about it, although the Customer Service agent Diana(?) was very pleasant. And while we're at it, having to give a truck cleanliness rating of "Yes" or "No" is not sufficient. YES, the cab was free of visible debris, but every time I get in a U-Haul truck it reminds me of police shows where the detectives enter a house and immediately know there's a dead body somewhere. Each one comes equipped with a decade of BO and cigarette smoke, but not a sorely needed oxygen mask. I have no faith now that when I order a truck it will be there for me.

Carolyn DThe truck I just rented was in unacceptable condition. The air conditioning worked well, but the truck had several serious issues. The engine RPMs fluctuated constantly, and the truck had very little power or acceleration, making it difficult to drive with confidence. In addition, the driver's door would not close properly without using a significant amount of force. These problems created a lack of confidence in the vehicle and raised serious safety concerns. I expect rental vehicles to be safe and properly maintained, and this truck did not meet those expectations. Overall, I was very disappointed with my rental experience and hope these issues are addressed before the truck is rented to someone else.

Michael DIt’s a minor point, but offering the option to save one’s license details much like previous vehicles for towing or payment on file would speed up the online check-in process tremendously. Very helpful during busy periods.

ELONA KRented a truck for a half day move. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was efficient and professional. Moving is difficult but U-Haul made it a little bit easier. All in all, the half day rental of a medium-sized truck for a local move (under 20 miles) cost me just under $80. Money well spent.

Chung HTires on this vehicle are lacking major tread on the tires. The ride was quite rough as it is and older vehicle with over 110,000 miles. Many areas on the exterior were damaged.

Fiona NThe store is in a great location, and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. I did not give it 5 stars because the parking situation needs improvement. Customers who are renting U-Haul trucks are allowed to leave their personal vehicles parked at the front of the store, which leaves very few spaces available for customers who are arriving to pick up rental vehicles. It would be helpful if there were a designated area for long-term customer parking so that more spaces remain available for pickups. In addition, the location appears to be understaffed on weekends, which is typically one of the busiest times for U-Haul rentals. While the staff member on duty was courteous, additional staffing would likely help improve the overall customer experience.

Jamearos MOwner has 26' truck jammed in back of lot requiring with extremely tight maneuvering around other Uhauls in lot. slight brush against another truck while the owner started and watched (waiting for the inevitable). Worse than that I get 3 FLAT tires to my personal car in their parking lot. 3 separate side punctures. Was only there during daylight hours of 1pm - 7pm. No CCTV. Tires were 6mo old. Car was directly in front of owner window in front of store. Never rent from here.
Adam MI took truck from lot after the app would not allow me to add pictures. It kept error, stating the brouser was blocking. But it was not. Furl out was 1/2 tank. I refueled above. Fact 50 miles does not burn 9 gallon. Which they charged me.that would be 5 miles to a gallon. That vehicle would burn that much even if drive hard as h. The lot needs to vary vehicle not go with what some one put in. Compare previous photos.
