Migdalia AMy online order included 12 blankets. The guy at the desk made no mention of this and I almost drove off without the blankets thinking they would be in the truck when I returned the truck about 3:30 PM. There was no one in the store and the doors were locked other customers, and I were wondering what to do with our keys. Thankfully, a contractor who was there changing a vehicle tire told us to place the key in the after hours box

alex rEvery thing was ready when I arrived and the staff hooked up the trailer. I don’t know of anything they could have done to help me.
Jeff BI had to drive 25 miles from the place I originally reserved the equipment. It took me 1.25 hours extra, $12 in tolls and an extra $10 in gas. The manager tried to fake the light connection and didn’t wait around for me to confirm the lights worked. Very poor service.

Thomas BApex moving was great and had us in and out quickly with our reservation. However, the app and online return process after hours proved to be a challenge. KNOW that you can NOT return anything over the phone. My phone died and I had no charging cord so I called the 1-800-GO- UHAUL - to which the representative informed me that there was no way to return it without my phone. THANKFULLY I was able to log in once before my phone died. My husband downloaded the app, we tried on his phone but the verifications were being sent to my dead phone number. From there, on my husbands phone, I added my his phone number. Then had to change that to the primary number in order for texts to be sent to his phone in order to return the vehicle and take pictures to submit. Not to mention if you have bad service and can't get the location to verify, that was a pain as well. You are not able to take photos and upload them, they have to be done through the return portal process. This process took almost an hour. I was on the phone with the UHAUL representative for almost 45 minutes. Suggestion for UHAUL, make the return process available via phone call, and submission of photos. You can slide up on photos to show the date and time stamp for such photos to verify date time and location. UHAUL could also have airtags on each piece of equipment to verify their location, if they don't already have that installed on them.
Shannon BThe floor of the truck had visible red mud stains on the floor and the console cupholder was really nasty and has not been cleaned for a while in my observations. It needs to be sanitized. Please check it out. Overall, my customer service was great!

jean GI did not receive the vehicle that I have reserved. I reserved a van and I received a 10 foot cargo truck. I would like to know in the future if I make a reservation and that product is not available at that store then I can make another decision to either go to another U-Haul location or find other means but as of right now, I am not inclined to rent from U-Haul

SUJAN NThe only downside to this location is its proximity near a main intersection, limited parking, and a gravel/dirt lot for the equipment. On a more positive note, the service/support at this location is always outstanding and they have almost every piece of U-Haul equipment available for rental. Would definitely recommend (and use fairly regularly).
NORWIN Fstaff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient for downtown Apex residents, saves time and fuel/mileage costs being able to rent from here.

Carter EThe parking was difficult due to equipment all around the building, truck glass was filthy (I had to clean it), interior full of dust and driver door gasket is broken, which allowed a lot of wind noise.
